Peacefully at Lee Manor in Owen Sound, on Sunday morning, March 3rd, 2013. Betty Jean MacDonald (nee Siegrist) of Owen Sound, at the age of 77 years. Dearly loved wife of the late William “Bill” MacDonald. Loving mother of Doug MacDonald and his wife, Carla, of Shallow Lake, Brian MacDonald and his wife, Brenda, of Owen Sound, Linda Rouse and her husband, Ron, of Wiarton and mother-in-law of Rick Crann, of Owen Sound. Proud grandmother of Charlotte, William, Laura, Margaret, Zach, Natalia, Jason and Adam (Mariann) and great-grandmother of Jacob and Jade. Dear sister of Ruby Johnston, of Owen Sound. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Christina Siegrist; her daughter, Margie MacDonald; her brothers, Elmer Siegrist and his wife, Marjorie, Irvin Siegrist and his wife, Dorothea "Dolly" and Percy Siegrist; her brother-in-law, Alex Johnston.
