Mrs. Jean McPherson

Peacefully at Central Place in Owen Sound, on Tuesday evening, February 23rd, 2010.  Margaret Jean McPherson (nee Hewitson), of Owen Sound, in her 97th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Clarence McPherson.  Loving mother of Beth Boyes and her husband, Donald, of Meaford and Leone Diebel and her husband, Paul, of Owen Sound.  Proud grandmother of Ann, Donna, David, Andrew, Deborah and Darwin and great-grandmother of Ryan, Jeffrey, Rebecca, Nicholas, Meghan, Belinda, Kassandra and Keegan.  Dear sister of Robert Hewitson and his wife, Myrna, of R. R. #2, Annan and Evelyn Lemon, of Tara. Predeceased by her parents, William and Eliza Hewitson; her step-mother, Jessie Hewitson; her brother, Russell Hewitson; her infant sister; her in-laws, Katherine Hewitson, Donald Lemon and Isabelle Hamill and her husband, Percy.  Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K – 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Thursday from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Jean McPherson will be held at the Funeral Home Chapel, on Friday, February 26th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
