Phyllis Joyce Barlow (nee Pappin), of Owen Sound and formerly of Brampton and Pembroke, passed away peacefully at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Meaford on Saturday, February 27th, 2010. She was in her 86th year. Dearly beloved wife of the late Norman Barlow. Loving mother of Ray Barlow and his wife, Debbie, of Williamsford, Carol Shular, of Cambridge, George Barlow and his wife, Janice, of Caledon and Henry Barlow, of Brampton. Proud grandmother of ten grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Velma Dixon and Pauline Jackson, both of Owen Sound and Meridith Wechwerth, of Pembroke. Predeceased by her parents, Allan and Elizabeth Pappin. A Funeral Service for Phyllis Barlow will be held in the Chapel of the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K – 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010 at 12:00 noon. Visitation two hours prior to service.
