Peacefully at her home on Monday, July 26th, 2010. Maxine Malloy (nee McCrae) at the age of 77 years went home to be with her Lord and Saviour. Beloved wife of the late Clare Malloy. Cherished mom of Paul, of Cambridge, Lynn, David and Mike (Linda), all of Owen Sound. Loving grandmother of Andrew and Shannon Malloy. Dear sister of Linda Doman, of Owen Sound, Bruce McCrae, of Kitchener and sister-in-law of Margaret McCrae, of Owen Sound. Maxine will be greatly missed by her many friends from the Evangelical Baptist Church. Predeceased by her parents, Gordon and Hazel McCrae and her brother, Bud McCrae. Maxine’s family would like to thank the Oncology Department at the G.B.H.S., Dr. Hildegard Huff, the V.O.N. and C.C.A.C. In keeping with Maxine’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A family committal service will take place with interment in Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciated donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the charity of your choice as your expression of sympathy and may be made through the BRIAN E.
